President Donald Trump has unveiled further details regarding a highly anticipated UFC event set to take place at the White House in 2026, marking the 250th anniversary of the United States.
The President disclosed that the event will feature eight or nine championship bouts, with UFC CEO Dana White spearheading the construction of an arena designed to accommodate approximately 6,000 spectators.
As reported by The Post Millennial, Trump, while attending an event at the Kennedy Center, elaborated on the plans, stating, Theyre building an arena, the great Dana White is building an arena. They are going to have eight or nine championship fights. Its the biggest fights theyve ever had; every fight is a championship fight.
This ambitious endeavor is part of a broader celebration of America's milestone anniversary, with the UFC strategically postponing certain matches to coincide with the event. Hes actually holding back fights right now for six months, so he can do them on the 250th anniversary," Trump noted.

I think the arena is going to be five or six thousand seats right in front of the door of the White House," he remarked. He confidently declared, "I dont think therell be anything like it," and highlighted the symbolic timing, "Itll be on Sunday night, June 14, [on] Flag Day. It happens to be my birthday, but I didnt do it for that reason. Sir, we like the June 14 date. I said, Yeah, thats my birthday. They didnt know it. But they picked it. Ill take a little heat on that, but its not that."
