Motocross Legend Blasts Gavin Newsom And Throws Support Behind Republican Challenger

Motocross icon Jeremy McGrath, renowned for his seven Supercross championships, has ventured into the political arena with a bold endorsement.

McGrath has thrown his support behind Republican Sheriff Chad Bianco, who is campaigning to unseat California's current governor, Gavin Newsom. In a move that underscores his dissatisfaction with the state's leadership, McGrath is not holding back in his criticism of Newsom.

As reported by the Daily Caller, McGrath exclusively announced his endorsement, stating, "Sheriff Chad Bianco is a leader who is willing to stand up and fight. When Gavin Newsom forced shutdowns, Sheriff Bianco stood up to him and refused."

McGrath's decision to engage in politics stems from a deep-seated concern for his home state. "I dont normally get too political, but I love my state and cant sit on the sidelines while corrupt politicians try to destroy it," he explained to the Daily Caller. "Its too important."

McGrath's critique of Newsom is pointed and direct. "Gavin Newsom has been a disaster, from being weak on crime, COVID lockdowns and an utter lack of leadership," he asserted. "I cant wait to get Chad Bianco in there to start cleaning up his mess."

While McGrath's political involvement is a new chapter, his sentiments resonate with many who are frustrated by California's current trajectory. In contrast, the motocross legend praises Florida's governance under Governor Ron DeSantis, expressing gratitude for the state's leadership. With the political landscape in California unlikely to shift dramatically,

McGrath might find a more welcoming environment in Florida, where conservative values are more prevalent. The invitation for McGrath to relocate is open, as the Golden State's political climate remains challenging for Republican candidates.
