According to Gateway Pundit, a reporter attempted to corner President Trump with a challenging question regarding Carlson's role in the conservative movement following his interview with Fuentes. President Trump responded adeptly, stating, Well, I found him to be good. I mean, he said good things about me over the years. I think hes good. Weve had some good interviews.

He further elaborated, You cant tell him who to interview. I mean, if he wants to interview Nick Fuentes, I dont know much about him, but if he wants to do it, get the word out. People have to decide. Ultimately, people have to decide.

The conversation shifted to a past dinner at Mar-a-Lago involving Nick Fuentes. When asked about Fuentes' presence at the event, President Trump clarified, Well, I didnt know he was coming, and he was with, as you know, somebody, Kanye and Kanye asked if he could have dinner, and he brought Nick. I didnt know Nick at the time.
