Watch This: Whoopi Goldberg Gives Some Bizarre Super Bowl Advice

Written by Published

During a recent episode of ABC's "The View," Whoopi Goldberg stirred controversy with her remarks about the upcoming Super Bowl.

She suggested that attendees should tan and adopt Latin accents to confuse Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers.

This comment came in response to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem's announcement that federal agents would be present at the event, following the news that singer Bad Bunny would perform at halftime.

As reported by Breitbart, co-host Joy Behar questioned the motivations behind the increased security, asking, "Do you think that she would go if it was Garth Brooks or Eminem or Taylor Swift or any other white person?"

Behar implied that the decision was racially motivated, adding, "Because the Supreme Court has given permission to question anyone who has a Spanish accent, who has dark skin." Goldberg chimed in, suggesting, "Everybody, get a little cocoa butter, sit in the sun, thats the first thing. And then and this is the only time you can probably ever do this give yourself a Latin accent." Behar supported Goldberg's idea, calling it "a good idea."

The conversation highlighted concerns about racial profiling and the potential overreach of federal authorities at major events. Co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin added a touch of humor to the discussion, noting, "I cant afford a Super Bowl ticket."

This exchange underscores the ongoing debate over immigration enforcement and civil liberties, with some questioning the balance between security measures and individual freedoms. The dialogue on "The View" reflects broader societal tensions regarding race, identity, and government intervention, particularly in high-profile settings.
