In the wake of a devastating military helicopter crash near Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington, Vice President J.
D. Vance issued a heartfelt statement on Tuesday, mourning the loss of four American soldiers.
The incident, which occurred last Wednesday around 9 p.m., involved an MH-60 Black Hawk and resulted in the tragic deaths of these servicemen. The U.S. Army Special Operations Command has confirmed that the crash is currently under investigation.
As reported by American Military News, the Army has identified the fallen soldiers as Army Chief Warrant Officer Three Andrew Kraus, 39, Army Chief Warrant Officer Three Andrew Cully, 35, Army Sgt. Donavon Scott, 24, and U.S. Army Sgt. Jadalyn Good, 23.
These individuals were engaged in routine flight training when the mishap occurred. Col. Stephen Smith, in a press release on Monday, expressed profound sorrow, stating, It is with the heaviest of hearts that we confirm the loss of four courageous Night Stalkers from the 4th Battalion, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne), who tragically lost their lives on Sept. 17th during a training mission.
He further praised the soldiers as exceptional warriors who exemplified the Army's core values of dedication, selflessness, and excellence.

Graham highlighted the involvement of Bill Kraus, co-founder of Mission BBQ and father of one of the deceased soldiers, in fostering a culture of respect and patriotism. I have met Bill and I appreciate this family so muchtheir love for this country and our military is so evident, Graham remarked.
He noted the unique tradition at Mission BBQ, where daily at noon, operations pause for the singing of the National Anthem, reflecting the family's deep-rooted values.
