Another Autopen Bust: Biden Caught Using Shady Autopen Loophole To Dodge Fraud Safeguards

The Biden administration continues to be embroiled in controversy, with recent revelations suggesting a lack of transparency and potential manipulation of official records.

The 46th President's flurry of pardons and commutations during the twilight of his presidency has already been marred by allegations of his unfamiliarity with the criminals he was pardoning and their respective crimes.

According to the Western Journal, a recent report by the New York Post has further cast a shadow over the credibility of the Biden White House. The report, based on obtained emails, reveals the extent of Biden's detachment from decisions made in his name.

One particular email exchange, dated December 20, 2024, between Deputy White House Counsel Tyeesha Dixon and Associate Counsel Jared English, is especially telling. The exchange reveals an attempt to falsify the records of the process used for Bidens contentious commutation of 37 federal death sentences to life imprisonment.

The email correspondence shows Dixon and English strategizing on how to secure the approval of White House Staff Secretary Stef Feldman for their commutation plan. Feldman, however, demanded written confirmation that Biden had agreed to the commutations.

English informed Dixon that he had prepared an email, complete with White House Counsel Ed Siskels signature, asserting Bidens verbal approval of the commutations for prisoners facing the death penalty. These included violent gang leaders and individuals convicted of crimes involving killings, kidnapping, and rape.

Dixon's response to English was, Can you write it in first person from Ed (Stef usually requires that) and include that the commutation is to life without release? The New York Post report does not include subsequent emails, but the commutations were announced three days later, on December 23.

The American public was presented with a statement attributed to Biden defending the commutations, as reported by outlets such as the Associated Press. However, the behind-the-scenes maneuvering, as revealed in the emails reported by the New York Post, was largely hidden from public view.

The use of first-person narration in official records, when the writer was not present at the events described, is not only a fiction but a lie. This is precisely what Bidens deputy counsel was requesting of an associate counsel to pretend to be someone else and describe that persons views and actions as his own. This was done to convince the person with the power to use Joe Bidens autopen to follow their directives.

Such manipulation of official records is not only a deception of the current American public but also a distortion of historical truth for future generations. It is a lie on a grand scale.

This is not the first time that leaked Biden emails have painted a picture of a presidency shrouded in smoke and mirrors. An earlier batch of emails, publicized by The New York Times in July, highlighted Biden's detachment from the power of the pardon.

It is likely that more such revelations are waiting to be unearthed, each potentially more damning than the last. These revelations continue to raise questions about the integrity of the Biden administration and its commitment to transparency and accountability.
