In a small town in Kansas, a local police department has made the controversial decision to withdraw its support from a U.S. Marshals Task Force in the pursuit of an illegal immigrant fugitive, Juan Ralios-Batz, who is wanted for child rape.
This decision is contingent on the involvement of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the investigation, as reported by The Post Millennial.
Ralios-Batz, a Guatemalan national, is believed to be in his 40s and is accused of sexually assaulting an unaccompanied alien child (UAC) who may have been trafficked into the United States. The Liberal Police Department initially sought the assistance of the U.S. Marshals in locating Ralios-Batz, but has since indicated that it would withdraw its support if ICE and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) were to join the case, according to sources familiar with the situation.
The allegations against Ralios-Batz are grave. He is accused of repeatedly raping a 13-year-old girl, who illegally entered the U.S. under the Biden administration, sponsored by Ralios-Batz's sister. The victim was allegedly forced into manual labor and is now pregnant with Ralios-Batz's child.
The fugitive is wanted on multiple charges including three counts of child rape, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated human trafficking, and child abuse.
According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Ralios-Batz unlawfully reentered the United States under the Biden administration following a previous deportation. It is believed that his family may have assisted him in relocating to Nebraska to evade capture. Disturbingly, a family member of Ralios-Batz is currently incarcerated for the rape of another unaccompanied alien child.
During the manhunt for Ralios-Batz, investigators discovered that several illegal immigrants they interviewed had obtained REAL IDs, state-issued identification cards that comply with increased federal security standards. Under the Biden administration, DHS issued Employment Authorization Documents (EAD) to any illegal migrant who requested one.
Federal sources revealed, "Back then, an individual could provide DHS with any name and DOB (date of birth), and they would cut the requestor an EAD card. EAD cards can be used to obtain REAL IDs."
The rural areas of Kansas are home to a significant number of illegal immigrants. In the town of Liberal, located in southwest Kansas, it is estimated that within a generation, the population will be almost entirely comprised of illegal immigrants and their offspring.
Liberal Mayor Jose Lara, a Democrat, has a history of obstructing federal immigration enforcement operations, including those of ICE and DHS agents. Mayor Lara has now prohibited the Liberal Police Department from collaborating with ICE in any capacity.
Liberal is a hub for major agricultural corporations like National Beef, many of which employ illegal immigrants. Immigration workplace enforcement is often neglected due to the influence these companies wield over local politicians.
Ralios-Batz is described as a 5-foot-1-inch Hispanic male, weighing approximately 115 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, and a distinctive tattoo on his right arm bearing the letter J. The US Marshals have urged anyone with information regarding Ralios-Batz's whereabouts to contact them or use the USMS Tips App.
The Post Millennial reached out to the Liberal Mayor's Office and the Liberal Police Department for comment, but at the time of this report, no responses have been received.
