Shocking New Details Emerge In Cash App Founder's Murder Case...

Bob Lee, the founder of Cash App, had cocaine, ketamine, alcohol, and levocetirizine in his system when he died in a San Francisco hospital in early April, according to the medical examiner report.

Lee had three stab wounds, and his suspected killer, Nima Momeni, was due in court for his arraignment on Tuesday afternoon after two postponements.

According to a witness, Momeni and Lee argued earlier in the evening, with the suspected killer confronting Lee for allegedly using drugs with his sister. Lee was stabbed through the heart after the argument and was seen stumbling down Main Street in San Francisco's Rincon Hill neighborhood, where he begged passersby for help and called 911 himself. He died in the hospital, where doctors performed an emergency thoracotomy, a cut through the rib cage, to treat his wounds.

The court documents allege that investigators pieced together the crime with help from surveillance video from Khazar Momeni's apartment building and nearby. Khazar Momeni is Nima Momeni's sister, and Lee met with her hours before his death. In a text exchange described by prosecutors in court filings, Khazar Momeni told Lee that he "handled himself with class" after her brother allegedly "came wayyyyyy down hard" on him.

Police recovered the suspected murder weapon, a bloody 4-inch kitchen knife, discarded near the crime scene. They also found surveillance video showing Lee and Nima Momeni leaving Khazar Momeni's apartment, getting into a car, and driving to a location near where Lee was later found with three stab wounds.

Police arrested Nima Momeni on April 13 at his Emeryville home, across the Bay Bridge, where Lee called 911 begging for help after being stabbed three times on April 4. Momeni lived and had an office there for his outsourcing firm, Expand-IT, according to police.

The arraignment of Nima Momeni was postponed twice before it was due to take place on Tuesday afternoon. The court will hear the case against him, and the investigation is ongoing.
