Watch: Carville Explodes On Democrats: Its Time To Crush JD Vance!

Democratic strategist James Carville launched a scathing critique of Vice President JD Vance on Wednesday, focusing on Vance's recent vacation abroad.

Carville urged Democrats to seize the opportunity to criticize Vance for opting to spend his holiday in a foreign land rather than within the United States.

Vance, who traveled with his family to Scotland, stayed at a luxurious estate near Kilmarnock. On his podcast, "Politics War Room," Carville ridiculed Vance for choosing Oxfordshire, England, as his vacation destination instead of exploring the diverse landscapes of his own country.

"Hes entitled to a vacation. Ill give him that. Guess where he went? To a place called Oxfordshire in England, which is a toney, wealthy place that rich Londoners go to," Carville remarked. "Its called the Marthas Vineyard of England. And why we didnt blow this up?"

According to the Daily Caller, Carville questioned why tourism boards in states such as Florida, Nevada, and Wyoming had not capitalized on Vance's decision to spend his vacation dollars abroad. "OK, why didnt the Tourist Association of the Florida panhandle blow this up? Las Vegas people? The California people? The Wyoming people? You mean you cant vacation with your wife and kids in his own country? Im getting ready to go to Lake George, [it] could be the most beautiful place on Earth," Carville stated. "People in upstate New York would have been glad to have his money. But what does he do? He goes to a toney English village."

Carville further claimed that Vance faced rejection during his stay, noting, "They wouldnt even let him in the best pub because employees in the pub said they wouldnt serve himUse JD Vance and just kick the s**t out of him every chance you get."

Despite Carville's assertions, Vance's trip to the U.K. proved fruitful for the Republican National Committee, as he successfully raised $4 million. This fundraising effort is part of a series of events since Vance assumed the role of RNC finance chair in March, with previous events held in locations such as Big Sky, Montana, and Houston, Texas.

Additionally, Vance secured an agreement with British officials to abandon the U.K.'s proposed access to personal cloud data.

While Carville's criticisms echo a broader Democratic sentiment, Vance remains committed to his official responsibilities. Earlier on Wednesday, he joined Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller in touring Washington, D.C.'s Union Station.

This visit was part of President Donald Trump's crime crackdown initiative, which has already led to over 550 arrests in the nation's capital.
