ABC News Under Fire For HEAVILY Editing Robert F. Kennedy Interview

Reports from the Post Millennial indicate that ABC News is under heavy fire after allegedly editing an interview with Robert F.

Kennedy Jr.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is challenging President Biden for the Democrat nomination for President in 2024, and he is a high-profile voice against the COVID vaccine. ABC News now admits that they edited out some comments made by the presidential candidate about the COVID vaccine and his opinions about it. They had a lengthy interview with the candidate, but it appears that they did not want to include the parts of the interview in which he raised objections and questions about the vaccine.

Anchor Linsey Davis said the following in a disclaimer before the interview was aired: We should note that during our conversation, Kennedy made false claims about the COVID-19 vaccines, and Weve used our editorial judgment in not including extended portions of that exchange in our interview.

She added: Data shows that the COVID-19 vaccine has prevented millions of hospitalizations and deaths from the disease, and He also made misleading claims about the relationship between vaccination and autism.

It seems that the anchor wanted to put out a lot of opinions and disclaimers about the interview before it was even allowed to air. This is something that is not typical of most straight news reporting, but it doesnt appear that ABC News cared about remaining impartial in this matter.

Davis continued by saying: Research shows that vaccines and the ingredients used in the vaccines do not cause autism, including multiple studies involving more than a million children and major medical associations like the American Academy of Pediatrics and the advocacy group Autism Speaks.

Davis is just the latest liberal news anchor to admit to editing interviews for the sake of taking out comments made about the COVID vaccine. This would appear to indicate that some liberal anchors are not afraid or ashamed of taking information out of the public record for the sake of protecting their own viewpoints.
