In a recent interview with Breitbart News, political consultant Roger Stone called for the arrest of former CIA Director John Brennan, labeling him an "arrogant criminal."
Stone, a seasoned political strategist, presented a litany of accusations against Brennan, ranging from his alleged communist affiliations to his purported involvement in the 9/11 attacks.
According to Breitbart, Stone's indictment of Brennan was comprehensive and scathing. He accused Brennan of signing visas for four of the eight hijackers involved in the 9/11 attacks, spying on the Senate committee investigating his alleged illegal use of torture, and pushing for the inclusion of the controversial Steele dossier in the intelligence community assessment given to President Obama.
"Why hasn't he been arrested?" Stone questioned, adding, "When are 29 FBI agents going to storm his home at six oclock in the morning, like they did to me?"
Stone also suggested that former FBI Director James Comey should be apprehended, claiming that there is "more than sufficient evidence to charge both of them." He dismissed arguments that the statute of limitations had expired, asserting that it had not run out for the crime of treason.
Turning his attention to the Department of Justice, Stone expressed confusion over the lack of investigations into a range of issues, from the Jeffrey Epstein case to the origins of the COVID-19 virus. He also questioned the absence of an investigation into alleged Chinese interference in the 2020 presidential election and potential violations of Iranian sanctions by New York banks.
Stone proposed that President Donald Trump instruct U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi to unseal all grand jury testimony in the 2019 indictment of Jeffrey Epstein, which was initiated by the Trump administration. He also called for the unsealing of search warrants related to the Epstein case, arguing that this would reveal the full extent of Epstein's activities and his associates.
When asked to evaluate the performance of the Trump administration, Stone gave it an A+ rating. He praised Trump's achievements in areas such as border security, trade negotiations, and economic stability. He also commended Trump for his efforts to convince Jerome Powell, the Chair of the Federal Reserve, to cut interest rates to facilitate more affordable housing.
Stone lauded Trump for his decision to abolish DEI policies that he claimed were undermining the military and for his stance on removing men from women's sports. He also hailed Trump as a "master negotiator," particularly in relation to tariffs.
In a rebuke to critics who predicted that Trump's tariff policies would lead to soaring inflation, Stone pointed out that the U.S. now has a surplus for the first time in decades. He dismissed the Congressional Budget Office's negative predictions about the impact of Trump's tax cuts, arguing that they had been wrong about similar measures introduced by Presidents Reagan and Kennedy.
Stone concluded his interview by urging people to trust Trump. He described Trump as a leader of a political movement rather than a traditional politician, praising his honesty and track record. "He means what he says and he says what he means. And hes had an amazing track record of being right," Stone affirmed.
