Trump Sounds Off On Elon Musk After Political Party Launch!

In a recent development, President Donald Trump expressed his disappointment over tech tycoon Elon Musk's recent actions, which he described as going "completely off the rails.

".

This comes in the wake of Musk's announcement of a new political party, a move that has seemingly strained their once amicable relationship.

According to Breitbart, Trump voiced his concerns in a post on Truth Social, stating, I am saddened to watch Elon Musk go completely off the rails, essentially becoming a TRAIN WRECK over the past five weeks. He even wants to start a Third Political Party, despite the fact that they have never succeeded in the United States The System seems not designed for them.

Musk's announcement of the "America Party" came after a poll he conducted showed that 65 percent of users desired "independence" from the existing "uniparty" system. This move, however, has been met with skepticism by Trump, who has been critical of third parties and their potential to cause disruption.

Trump further criticized Musk's vested interest in electric vehicle (EV) mandates, given his position as the CEO of Tesla. He stated, "The one thing Third Parties are good for is the creation of Complete and Total DISRUPTION & CHAOS, and we have enough of that with the Radical Left Democrats, who have lost their confidence and their minds! Republicans, on the other hand, are a smooth running machine, that just passed the biggest Bill of its kind in the History of our Country. It is a Great Bill but, unfortunately for Elon, it eliminates the ridiculous Electric Vehicle (EV) Mandate, which would have forced everyone to buy an Electric Car in a short period of time."

Trump's opposition to the EV mandate has been consistent, advocating for consumer freedom in choosing their preferred vehicle type. He expressed surprise at Musk's endorsement of his campaign, given his known stance on the EV mandate.

The President also took issue with Musk's recommendation of commercial astronaut and fellow billionaire Jared Isaacman to head NASA. This nomination was short-lived, following the revelation of Isaacman's recent donations to Democrats.

Trump stated, "Additionally, Elon asked that one of his close friends run NASA and, while I thought his friend was very good, I was surprised to learn that he was a blue blooded Democrat, who had never contributed to a Republican before. Elon probably was, also. I also thought it inappropriate that a very close friend of Elon, who was in the Space Business, run NASA, when NASA is such a big part of Elons corporate life. My Number One charge is to protect the American Public!"

A senior Trump administration official, speaking on Isaacman's ouster, stated, We dont confirm Schumer donors in this administration. Jared Isaacman should have never been picked. Trump did the right thing by pulling him.

Musk, who previously headed Trumps Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has been at odds with the administration and Republicans over the "big, beautiful bill," which significantly reduced billions of dollars in EV tax credits. This ongoing feud underscores the tension between traditional conservative values and the progressive push towards renewable energy solutions.
