Pulling OUT All The STOPS: DHS Makes It WORTHWHILE For Illegal Immigrants To Self-Deport!

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is intensifying its efforts to fulfill President Donald Trump's pivotal campaign promises, particularly in the realm of curbing illegal immigration.

This initiative involves offering incentives such as complimentary flights, stipends, and the waiving of fines to encourage self-deportation.

According to Western Journal, DHS recently announced enhancements to its strategy, urging illegal immigrants to utilize the revamped Customs and Border Protection (CBP) app for self-reporting and self-deportation.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem emphasized, "If you are here illegally, use the CBP Home App to take control of your departure and receive financial support to return home." She further warned, "If you dont, you will be subjected to fines, arrest, deportation and will never be allowed to return. If you are in this country illegally, self-deport NOW and preserve your opportunity to potentially return the legal, right way."

The department has assured that individuals who self-report and self-deport via the CBP app will benefit from the forgiveness of any civil fines or penalties associated with their failure to leave the United States. The current legal framework allows for fines of up to $1,000 per day for those who do not depart following a final deportation order, alongside penalties for not leaving promptly after a voluntary departure order. DHS has issued over 9,000 fine notices to illegal aliens, amounting to nearly $3 billion.

To facilitate this process, DHS has streamlined the CBP Home Mobile App, making it more user-friendly by removing certain steps to ease the self-deportation process. This app, initially known as the "CBP One" app under the Biden administration, has been repurposed by Trump's DHS as a tool for self-deportation, now called "CBP Home." This app serves as a conduit for illegal immigrants to receive financial assistance for a swift and less burdensome return to their home countries.

DHS also highlights an additional benefit of self-deportation: the potential opportunity to return to the United States legally in the future. "Self-deportation is the safest and most cost-efficient way to leave the U.S.," the DHS stated. "By self-deporting, illegal aliens take control of their departure and may preserve the opportunity to come back to the U.S. the right and legal way in the future."

President Trump's efforts to clamp down on illegal immigration have encountered mixed outcomes during his second term. While he enjoys robust support from his base and the broader Republican Party, his administration has faced significant legal challenges from courts and judges in its attempts to deport individuals residing in the country unlawfully.

Additionally, Trump is currently contending with anti-ICE protests in California, further complicating his administration's immigration enforcement agenda.
