Jamie Raskin Claims Dems Never Backed Kilmar Abrego GarciaBut The EVIDENCE Says Otherwise!

In a recent CNN appearance, Representative Jamie Raskin attempted to distance Democrats from any defense of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an illegal immigrant and alleged human trafficker deported to El Salvador.

Raskin's assertions, however, seem to contradict the actions and rhetoric of his party, which has often been seen as sympathetic to individuals like Garcia.

According to Gateway Pundit, Raskin's comments have raised eyebrows, particularly among those who view the Democratic Party as having elevated Garcia to a heroic status. The Western Lensman on Twitter/X provided a transcript of Raskin's remarks, where he stated, "I dont know of a single Democrat who defended himspecifically against any crimes."

He further commented on Garcia's deportation, saying, "He got unceremoniously picked up and flown out of the country. Thats called a disappearance. Thats what happens in authoritarian societies." Raskin also suggested that the focus on Garcia's character is misplaced, adding, "They obviously want to make this about whether or not he ends up being a good guy or a bad guy."

The narrative surrounding Garcia has become a point of contention, with critics questioning why Democrats have seemingly chosen to champion his cause. The portrayal of Garcia as a victim of authoritarian tactics contrasts sharply with the charges he faces, raising questions about the motivations behind his defense.

This situation highlights a broader debate about immigration and law enforcement, with conservatives advocating for strict adherence to the rule of law and accountability for those who violate it.
