Scandal DEEPENS: Government Watchdog Says There Is NO Evidence Biden Was Aware Of Much In Final Days!

A nonprofit watchdog group is calling on Congress to delve into whether President Joe Biden was cognizant of certain executive orders, following the organization's discovery of "no evidence" indicating Biden's awareness of multiple climate policy directives purportedly signed with an autopen.

This revelation has sparked concerns about the legitimacy and transparency of significant policy shifts under the Biden administration.

Power the Future, an advocate for American energy, recently scrutinized eight executive orders, which the group suspects were signed using an autopen. As reported by American Military News, these orders signified substantial transformations in the nation's energy policies, yet there is "no evidence" that Biden publicly addressed these policy changes.

Daniel Turner, Executive Director of Power the Future, expressed to Fox News, These are not obscure bureaucratic memos; these were foundational shifts in American energy policy, yet not once did Joe Biden speak about them publicly.

In correspondence with House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.), Power the Future highlighted the growing necessity for congressional access to information. The letter stated, In light of the growing evidence that actions purportedly taken by the former president may not have been approved or signed by him, but instead promulgated by a small coterie of advisers in his name without his knowledge or over his signature using an autopen, the need for congressional access to information has grown in importance with these revelations.

The executive orders under scrutiny include commitments such as achieving net-zero emissions by 2050, bans on Arctic and offshore drilling, and mandates for "clean energy" artificial intelligence centers, according to Power the Futures website. The organization insists that Congress must ascertain whether these executive actions were authorized and if President Biden was informed of such orders prior to their implementation by federal agencies. Were these actions taken on behalf of the president and purporting to execute his authority undertaken with the presidents knowledge and approach? It appears incumbent upon Congress to inquire, about all parties involved in these actions, who instructed them to do what, when, the letter continued.

Turner further criticized the Biden administration for channeling vast sums into "pet green projects" while allegedly penalizing the fossil fuels sector in the U.S. He stressed the importance of transparency, asserting that the American public "deserve to know" the true orchestrators behind these executive orders, given the absence of evidence that Biden was involved or even aware of their execution.

This autopen scandal is evidence that these green EOs are invalid, and the instigators should be thoroughly investigated by the DOJ for violating the trust of the American people and perpetuating a great fraud on the nation, Turner concluded.

The situation raises critical questions about the integrity of the executive branch's decision-making processes and the potential overreach of unelected advisers.

As Congress considers its next steps, the need for accountability and clarity in governance remains paramount, ensuring that the principles of limited government and individual freedom are upheld.
