Rumor Has It These Two Female Fox News Hosts Will Be Fired...

Rumors are flying about which hosts might be eliminated from the Fox News Network following the historic $787 billion settlement that the company came to with Dominion Voting Systems.

RadarOnline.com has learned that at least one critic of the network has predicted that hosts Maria Bartiromo and Jeanine Pirro will be fired from the network to try to reduce the amount of exposure the network has to ongoing lawsuits.

Puck founder and Fox News critic Dylan Byers is the big name behind this prediction, and he says that its likely that these two hosts will be eliminated from their positions because they were so vocal about the Dominion Voting Systems criticisms. However, Byers also hedged his prediction by saying that if the two are NOT fired from Fox, they will be cautioned against speaking their minds on matters related to Dominion Voting Systems.

So I anticipate one of two things will happen here, or has perhaps already happened: The first possibility is that Fox News C.E.O. Suzanne Scott sits down with Bartiromo and Pirro and anyone else who came up to the line of libel and says, be careful, said Byers shortly after the announcement of the $787 billion settlement between Dominion and Fox News.

He continued by saying: Alternatively, Rupert and Suzanne have already decided to elegantly and eventually show Bartiromo and/or Pirro the door.

Byers pointed to a series of remarks made by Murdoch related to his deposition in the Dominion case. Murdoch hinted that it was on-air contributors who spoke falsehoods about Dominion Voting Systems and not the network itself. One could argue that Murdoch was simply trying to downplay the responsibility of the network to own up for what it had contributed to this story. But it could also be that Murdoch is trying to move at least some responsibility for things said about Dominion Voting Systems to the networks contributors instead of the network itself.

Not Fox, no. Not Fox. But maybe Lou Dobbs, maybe [Bartiromo] as commentators, Murdoch reportedly said during the deposition before following up with: Some of our commentators were endorsing it.

Byers takes this as an indication that Murdoch might ax some of those that he believes caused so much trouble for the network in this case. Byers says that the last thing in the world that Murdoch wants to worry about right now is another $787 billion settlement coming out of somewhere. Instead, he feels that the safest thing for Murdoch to do in this case is to start eliminating the reporter she believes caused those problems.
