In a significant move to bolster American manufacturing, the Trump administration has unveiled a new initiative designed to connect domestic producers with American suppliers.

The Small Business Administration (SBA) has introduced the "Make Onshoring Great Again" portal, a comprehensive database featuring over one million U.S. suppliers. This initiative aims to rejuvenate the nation's economic landscape by reducing reliance on foreign imports and strengthening domestic supply chains.

According to WND, the SBA's chief, Loeffler, emphasized the administration's commitment to revitalizing American industry. "The SBA is proud to support President Donald J. Trumps mission to restore Americas economic resurgence by empowering small businesses with the resources to supercharge the return of Made in America," Loeffler stated.

The portal is expected to facilitate connections between business owners and domestic suppliers, thereby supporting American jobs and reducing dependency on foreign entities, particularly adversaries like China. "The Make Onshoring Great Again portal will give job creators a direct line to more than 1 million domestic suppliersreplacing foreign dependence with access to American-made solutions," Loeffler added.

The SBA's collaboration with private-sector partners has resulted in public access to three free databases, further enhancing the "Made in America Manufacturing Initiative." This initiative seeks to expand capital access for U.S. manufacturers, promote a skilled workforce, and eliminate $100 billion in regulatory burdens.

Recent reports indicate a nearly 75% increase in loans to small manufacturers, underscoring the administration's pro-business agenda. President Trump has championed policies such as tax cuts, deregulation, energy independence, and tariffs, which have contributed to a manufacturing resurgence.

Despite criticism from Democrat lawmakers regarding tariffs, the administration remains steadfast in its efforts to fortify American industry and ensure economic independence.
