In a striking revelation, Jill Biden's former press secretary, Michael LaRosa, has openly criticized the Biden administration for its lack of transparency and honesty.
During an appearance on "Fox & Friends," LaRosa expressed his frustration with the administration's tendency to conceal information, even on seemingly trivial matters. "This was a group in the White House who were allergic to transparency, and Im talking about just in the East Wing," LaRosa remarked.
He recounted his early days in the White House, noting the abrupt firing of the usher and the difficulty he faced in obtaining straightforward answers for the press.
According to Gateway Pundit, LaRosa accused the Bidens of misleading the public on various issues, ranging from incidents involving their dogs biting Secret Service agents to the arrangements for family weddings. "They took days and months to be deliberative, and Im talking about the small things, about when the dog bites occurred," he explained. LaRosa further highlighted the administration's fear of transparency, which led to deceptive practices. "They got caught lying to the press about press coverage, because they were so scared to be transparent about anything," he added.
LaRosa's concerns extended beyond minor issues, as he questioned the administration's ability to handle more significant matters. "I said to myself at some point, If its this hard to get them to just be transparent and disclose things and to just be upfront from the beginning about anything, even the small things My God, what would happen if there were big things?'" he pondered.
Earlier this year, LaRosa admitted that the Biden White House had deliberately obscured President Joe Biden's cognitive decline, effectively "gaslighting" the public about his condition. This admission aligns with longstanding reports from conservative outlets like The Gateway Pundit, which have documented concerns over Biden's mental acuity.
Despite initial media dismissals of these claims as "cheap fakes," the narrative shifted dramatically after Biden's lackluster performance in a presidential debate. The media, which had previously defended Biden's mental sharpness, began to scrutinize his cognitive abilities and even suggested he withdraw from the 2024 race.
LaRosa's candid acknowledgment of the administration's awareness of Biden's age-related challenges underscores the extent of the deception. "Every politician, everybody, every human being tries to cover up age," LaRosa told Tara Palmieri.
He admitted that the campaign was aware of the issue from the outset, and the term "gaslight" was fitting for their actions. "There are some things that are true the gaslighting. There was a lot of denial of the polling," he stated.
The former press secretary also revealed the anxiety within Biden's team regarding his unscripted appearances. "The Presidents team was scared to death of impromptu, unscripted, unrehearsed, unpracticed, unchoreographed anything," LaRosa confessed. This fear of unpredictability further highlights the administration's struggles with transparency and authenticity.
As the Biden administration continues to face scrutiny, LaRosa's revelations serve as a reminder of the importance of honesty and openness in government. The public's trust hinges on the ability of leaders to communicate truthfully, regardless of the political consequences.
