Shocking Claims Against Mother Of Famous YouTuber: 11 Teens Suing For Millions In Damages

Piper Rockelle is a 15-year-old YouTube sensation that most people have heard of.

Her mother, Tiffany Smith, is being sued for millions of dollars by teens that helped create content for the channel. The teens were once part of a group known as The Piper Squad, and they are suing for emotional abuse, civil conspiracy, and sexual battery.

Dhillon Law Group Inc. filed a complaint in January 2022. It points out that Smith was in charge of production for the YouTube channel and accuses her of making offensive and sexual comments toward the teens.

The Daily Mail reports, Sawyer Sharbino, Donlad Dougher, Corrine Joy, Connor Cain, Symonne Harrison, Ayden Mekus, Hayden Haas, Walker Bryant, Sophia Fergi, Claire Rocksmith, and Reese Rocksmith are asking for $2 million each from Smith and her boyfriend, Hunter Hill in a trial that is set to begin in November.

According to The Post Millennial, One of the Plaintiffs alleges that Smith inappropriately touched her by rubbing her exposed thighs and moving her hand toward her vagina, constantly spanking and/or slapping her buttocks, sticking her finger / poking her anus over her clothing when she walked. Smith made sexually inappropriate comments about a teen male as well, asking if his balls had dropped yet and about how long his penis was.

The teens allege that Smith encouraged them to wear revealing clothing so that there would be bulges in their clothing during videos and encouraged the teens to try oral sex. She allegedly bragged about making kiddie porn.

The problems didnt stop after the group quit working with Tiffany. Smith allegedly conspired with her husband, known for bragging about his contact on YouTube, to flag the girls videos.

They reportedly posted them on porn sites and worked with the alleged connection to restrict their videos, ensuring they got fewer views than Piper and hurting their YouTube channels. Piper began her YouTube channel at the young age of 9 and has now amassed around 10 million followers. However, after YouTube heard about the allegations, they demonetized the channel in February 2022.
