Shocking Move: All Out War As One Republican Turns The Tables To Fix Biden's Gun Control MESS

In a significant move against the Biden administration's gun control measures, a leading House Republican is spearheading a formal denunciation.

Roger Williams, the Republican Chair of the House Small Business Committee from Texas, is set to introduce a resolution that criticizes the Democratic administration's approach to gun rights while praising the current White House for its efforts to safeguard Second Amendment liberties.

The resolution, which has garnered support from at least 14 other House Republicans, aims to highlight the administration's commitment to reviewing and potentially eliminating any perceived infringements on Americans' constitutional rights.

According to Fox News, Williams expressed his concerns about the Biden administration's policies, stating, "For too long, the Biden administration and radical leftists went to extreme lengths to criminalize law-abiding gun owners, jeopardizing the Second Amendment."

He further emphasized the resolution's purpose, saying, "My resolution reaffirms congressional support for the Second Amendment and commends President Trumps actions to protect American gun owners by dismantling Bidens infringements on our constitutional freedoms."

In a related development, President Donald Trump, shortly after Attorney General Pam Bondi's swearing-in, directed her to conduct a 30-day review to identify any "ongoing infringements" of the Second Amendment by the federal government. Following this directive, Bondi established a new Second Amendment task force aimed at consolidating department-wide policy and litigation resources to further the President's pro-gun agenda and shield gun owners from governmental overreach.

This month, the Department of Justice also took steps to repeal a Biden-era "zero tolerance" policy enforced by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and Explosives. This policy had previously led to the revocation of licenses from firearm dealers who "willfully" violated existing regulations. However, gun rights advocates have criticized the rule, arguing that it imposes an undue burden on dealers for minor clerical errors.

The GOP's resolution, as reported by Fox News, explicitly "disapproves of the Biden administrations gun-control agenda and hostility toward the lawful gun industry." It further "supports President Trumps actions to repeal harmful policies imposed by the Biden administration on law-abiding gunowners; and commends President Trumps commitment to upholding the Constitution and defending the constitutional right to bear arms."

This resolution, which has the backing of the National Rifle Association, is being introduced in conjunction with Second Amendment Day, underscoring the ongoing debate over gun rights in America.
