Elon's Newest Alleged 'Baby Mama' Files Suit Against HimFind Out WHY!

Ashley St. Clair, a prominent conservative influencer, has initiated legal proceedings against Elon Musk, seeking to establish him as the father of her five-month-old son.

The court documents, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, reveal St. Clair's pursuit of sole custody of the child, alongside her request for Musk to undergo a genetic test to confirm paternity.

As reported by Breitbart, the legal action comes on the heels of St. Clair's public assertion that Musk is the father of her child, which would mark his 13th offspring. The paternity and custody petitions were filed shortly after St. Clair's claim, with the court documents detailing her account of the child's conception during a January 2024 vacation. Despite these allegations, Musk has not publicly acknowledged the existence of this purported 13th child.

The custody petition further alleges Musk's absence during the child's birth and limited interactions with the baby, having met him only three times. The documents state that these encounters occurred twice in Manhattan, where St. Clair resides, and once in Texas. Additionally, it is claimed that Musk has neither requested to see the child nor asked for photographs.

Supporting evidence within the court filings includes a photograph of Musk holding an infant and a series of text exchanges purportedly between him and St. Clair. In one exchange, St. Clair shares a hospital bed photo with her newborn, prompting a response from a contact saved as "EM," who inquires, "All well?" and expresses a desire to visit over the weekend.

Another text conversation reveals St. Clair's decision to leave the father's name blank on the birth certificate, attributing it to the "credible death threats" Musk reportedly receives daily. In a separate message, "EM" expresses a desire to "knock you up again" following a picture from St. Clair.

Should St. Clair's assertions prove accurate, her son would be Musk's 13th child, adding her to the list of women who have borne children with the billionaire. Musk's family includes six children with his first wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson, three with musician Grimes, and three with Shivon Zilis, an executive at Neuralink, his brain chip company.
