Rumor Has It: Operator Responsible For Crashed Delta Plane Was OBSESSED With THIS...

In the shadow of Marxist regimes, the most profound suffering is often borne by those who were initially deceived by the Marxists' promises of power.

The impoverished, who were led to believe that their interests would be safeguarded, are instead plunged deeper into poverty, exploitation, and oppression.

A similar phenomenon is unfolding in the Western world, with its recent fixation on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies. As reported by the Western Journal, these policies are built on the same ideological bedrock as Marxism.

This was highlighted on Wednesday when a prominent conservative account, "End Wokeness," shared a pair of disconcerting older tweets from Endeavor Air on the social media platform X. The tweets suggested that the airline operator prioritized all-female crews. Endeavor Air was the operator of Delta Connection flight 4819, which experienced a terrifying but non-fatal crash on Monday when one of its passenger jets lost a wing, burst into flames, and flipped over after landing on a Canadian runway.

In a 2017 tweet, Endeavor Air stated, "Were committed to delivering more unmanned flights like these," accompanied by a photo of four women, two of whom appeared to be dressed as pilot and co-pilot. A similar tweet from 2022 showed another "unmanned flight" featuring four women.

"End Wokeness," which boasts over 3.5 million followers on X, juxtaposed these tweets with a previous post showcasing an undated Endeavor Air TikTok video aimed at appealing to women. The video featured three female employees bobbing their heads to upbeat music while wearing COVID masks.

On the day of the crash, Forbes quoted Peter Carter, the executive vice president for external affairs at Delta, stating that the airline would not reconsider its commitment to DEI. While there is no direct evidence linking DEI policies to the crash at Toronto Pearson International Airport, it is undeniable that a broader issue exists. Some airlines appear to be more concerned with everything but merit.

"End Wokeness" revealed in a follow-up post, "Tons of pilots reaching out to me with DEI concerns. Its even worse than I thought." DEI policies, by their very nature, prioritize physical attributes over job performance. Adopting these priorities inevitably leads to a de-emphasis on competence.

The unfortunate irony is that the competent women hired by Delta, Endeavor Air, and other airlines in recent years are the ones who suffer the most. These women are deserving of their positions, but due to DEI policies, they are subjected to scrutiny, with the public questioning whether their appointments were based on merit or other factors.

This suspicion is difficult to dispel. Every flight introduces a new group of passengers who, if aware of the airline's DEI obsession, may harbor concerns. When airlines recruit and hire women based on competence, such concerns dissipate. However, when hiring decisions are influenced, even slightly, by gender, scrutiny is inevitable.

Whether Endeavor Air actively prioritized all-female crews or simply celebrated them is a moot point. The distinction is negligible. The entire DEI regime is built on a political foundation.

The modern DEI obsession can be seen as a conspiracy among liberal Democrats who seek power by categorizing individuals into identity-based groups and exploiting the resentment that often accompanies tribal grievances.

This is evident in the Democrats' unanimous resistance to President Donald Trumps key Cabinet nominees, including Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, of Samoan descent, and FBI Director nominee Kash Patel, whose parents emigrated from India.

In essence, DEI is a rebranded form of Marxism. Instead of class interests, the DEI regime claims to advance the interests of people who share physical characteristics. This is done to build a support base that will aid in their quest for power.

The parallels between DEI and Marxism cannot be ignored. As long as companies like Delta and Endeavor Air continue to promote DEI policies, questions about them must be asked, and resistance must be maintained.
