Karrin Taylor Robson, a Republican contender for the governorship of Arizona, has secured a significant endorsement from the state's law enforcement community.
The Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Arizona (CLEAA), a coalition representing over 2,150 officers across eight police associations, has thrown its support behind Taylor Robson. This endorsement underscores her commitment to upholding law and order and her steadfast support for Arizona's law enforcement personnel.
According to the Daily Caller, Jobe Dickinson, the executive director of CLEAA, expressed confidence in Taylor Robson's dedication to the law enforcement community, stating, "Karrin Taylor Robson has a strong record of supporting law enforcement, and CLEAA is pleased to support her campaign and is confident she will continue her strong support of the law enforcement community as Governor."
Taylor Robson, who has made public safety a cornerstone of her campaign, has also pledged to collaborate with former President Donald Trump to enhance border security if elected.
Expressing gratitude for the endorsement, Taylor Robson remarked, "I am honored to have the endorsement of CLEAA and the brave law enforcement officers who serve our state with integrity and dedication. As Governor, I will always stand with our men and women in uniform, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to keep Arizona safe."
Having announced her campaign to reclaim the governorship for the GOP, Taylor Robson is set to compete against Republican Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs in the upcoming primary. Her candidacy has already garnered the endorsement of Trump, who voiced his support during a Turning Point USA event in Phoenix. Taylor Robson previously vied for the governorship in 2022, narrowly losing to Kari Lake in the GOP primary.
