Three teenagers were victims of a triple homicide.
Two suspects were arrested, and they told police all the crazy details. New court documents now reveal the insane plot behind the murderers, a slew of body dumping, illegal activities, and more.
According to Fox News, The Marion County Sheriffs Office said Friday two male suspects, ages 12 and 17, were arrested in the March 30 murders of 16-year-olds Layla Silvernail and Camille Quarles and an unnamed 17-year-old male. Police are on the hunt for a third suspect, a 16-year-old male.
On March 30, the suspects and victims were engaging in a night of crimes. They went to a trap house, car hopping, smoking, and burglarizing homes. In one photo, a victim poses with the suspects to show off guns and ammunition.
However, then things took a dark turn. The suspects turned on the victims, but the police dont know why.
A few hours before the killings, one of the victims was involved in robbing someone with the 17 and 12-year-old suspects. They arranged for a person to purchase a gun via Snapchat. However, when they got in the car to buy the gun, they robbed them for the money.
Then, as the five of them were driving, they picked up an unknown 16-year-old male. The three victims were still alive, and the gang was off to rob someone for marijuana, according to the 17-year-old suspect. Suddenly, the 16-year-old, who was wearing a ski mask, pulled out a gun and shot the two victims that were in the front seat. The third victim, Quarles, was smoking in the vehicles trunk.
Then, the 12-year-old was told to shoot their whole family and would die. After that, they dumped the bodies and left the car in a pond. However, it was a shallower pond, so the car was only partially submerged. This made it easy to discover the body that was in the trunk. Officers still do not know the reason behind the murder.
