Vyacheslav Volodin, the Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, has leveled serious accusations against the Biden administration, alleging attempts on the lives of former President Donald Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and other global leaders.
Volodin's assertions were made public on Wednesday, stirring international discourse.
According to Gateway Pundit, Volodin addressed the U.S. Congress, urging a thorough investigation into these claims. He stated, "We turn to the Congress of the United States of America with a request to conduct an investigation of this situation We must take this seriously. Moreover we see that there was an attempt to assassinate Trump, the Prime Minister of Slovakia, Fico. There was an assassination attempt on Orban, it was prevented. And all around the administration of Biden and his henchmen." Volodin further criticized the involvement of high-ranking U.S. officials, including the Secretary of State and the President, in such discussions, questioning the democratic values of the United States. "What is he talking about? At the head of the country, which considers itself an example of democracy, there are ordinary bandits, murderers," he remarked.
Volodin's comments underscore a broader narrative of skepticism towards the Biden administration's global influence, particularly among populist leaders. He challenged the U.S. to demonstrate its commitment to democracy, stating, "Let them prove that this country is a democracy. Let Biden go with Blinken to the electric chair. Then the whole world will see that this is democracy. And if they are silent, then they shouldnt open their mouths and teach anyone. We take this seriously." Notably, the leaders mentioned, with the exception of Putin, are known for their populist stances, highlighting a potential ideological clash with the current U.S. administration.
