In a recent rally in Pennsylvania, former Vice President Joe Biden, now serving under his previous running mate, Kamala Harris, took to the stage to campaign on her behalf.
This comes amidst reports of internal discord within the Harris administration, as reported by The Gateway Pundit. Despite the alleged power struggles, Biden continued to advocate for Harris, although his speech contained a seemingly erroneous statement, asserting that President Trump is "scared to death to beat her again."
"She beat Trump so badly in the debate, he's scared to death to beat her again," Biden declared. Whether this was a Freudian slip or a simple mistake remains unclear.
The Gateway Pundit also reported that President Trump declined an invitation to a second debate, scheduled to be hosted by CNN, following a contentious ABC debate last month. There have been suspicions that Harris was privy to the debate questions beforehand, given her unusually well-prepared responses. ABC, however, has refuted these allegations, denying that Harris received the questions in advance, despite calls for an internal investigation into potential debate rigging.
Prior to the debate, concerns were raised about Harris' personal connection with a Disney executive who has oversight of the ABC News division. It was later revealed that Harris and Linsey Davis, a member of the influential Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA) Sorority, are sorority sisters. This potential conflict of interest was not disclosed before the debate. The AKA Sorority formed a political action committee in August, following Harris' nomination as the Democratic presidential candidate.
In a post-debate interview, Davis admitted to collaborating with her co-moderator, David Muir, and ABC to shield Harris with one-sided mid-debate fact checks. The trio fact-checked Trump at every opportunity, while seemingly overlooking Harris' inaccuracies.
Despite the alleged bias, President Trump managed to hold his ground against the moderators, delivering a remarkable performance that generated several viral moments. Harris, on the other hand, was accused of telling over two dozen lies and evading questions, with the moderators failing to fact-check her.
Biden's statement, "She beat Trump so badly in the debate, he's scared to death to beat her again," suggests that even he acknowledges the possibility of Trump's victory over Harris in a future encounter.
