Nancy Pelosi Confirms THIS About Joe Biden...

In a surprising turn of events, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and President Joe Biden have reportedly ceased communication, following Pelosi's controversial decision to discourage Biden from pursuing a second term as the Democratic presidential candidate.

This unexpected move has reportedly left both Joe and his wife, Jill Biden, feeling betrayed and resentful towards Pelosi, a seasoned Democratic leader who is slightly older than Biden himself.

According to The Post Millennial, Biden was still expressing his determination to remain in the race just days before his abrupt withdrawal, despite his poorly received performance in the debate against former President Donald Trump on June 27. Following Biden's exit, Pelosi controversially declared that Vice President Kamala Harris had secured the nomination in an "open primary."

In a recent podcast with the Guardian, Pelosi confirmed that she and Biden, who were once both political allies and close friends, have not spoken since her move against him. "Not since then, no. But I'm prayerful about it, Pelosi revealed, asserting that her insistence on Biden's departure was for the benefit of the Democratic Party and its chances of winning the presidential election.

"Elections are decisions. You decide to win. I decided a while ago that Donald Trump will never set foot in the White House again as president of the United States or in any other capacity, Pelosi told the Guardian. So when you make a decision, you have to make every decision in favor of winning ... and the most important decision of all is the candidate.

Despite her seemingly ruthless decision, Pelosi maintained that she holds Biden in high esteem. I have the greatest respect for him. I think he's one of the great consequential presidents of our country. I think his legacy had to be protected. I didn't see that happening in the course that it was on, the election was on. My call was just to: Let's get on a better course.

Pelosi's decision to push Biden onto this "better course" was reportedly triggered by a letter dated July 8, 2024, allegedly written and signed by Biden, in which he expressed his intention to remain in the race. 'I didn't accept the letter as anything but a letter, Pelosi said. It didn't sound like Joe Biden to me. It really didn't.

Pelosi has subtly alluded to the tension that now exists between the Bidens and the Pelosis. When questioned by CNN about the conflict, Pelosi cryptically responded, Sometimes you have to take a punch for the children, as reported by the Mail.

However, Pelosi remains adamant that Biden's decision was in the best interest of the country, noting the widespread enthusiasm surrounding Harris. She has consistently voiced her support for Harris, stating, She's running on her strength, her knowledge of policy and strategy and presentation and the rest. And I think that's a different race than Hillary Clinton ran, Pelosi told the Guardian. This ongoing saga between Pelosi and Biden underscores the complex dynamics and power struggles within the Democratic Party, and the potential implications for its future.
