Looney-Toon Michael Moore Has A Last Minute Wish List For Joey B!

In a recent open letter, progressive filmmaker Michael Moore urged President Biden to utilize his remaining tenure to implement a range of liberal policies.

Moore, known for his provocative documentaries, encouraged the President to act decisively, stating, "With a simple stroke or two of your presidential pen, you can make life better for millions of people in ways you never wouldve dreamed possible."

According to Fox News, Moore's letter comes amidst growing speculation about Biden's effectiveness in office. The filmmaker dismissed these concerns, writing, "Some people are now calling you a lame duck President but then it occurred to me today: Youre not done. Youve still got 100 days left in office!" He further emphasized Biden's unique position, noting, "For the first time in over 50 years, you dont have to campaign for anything. You are the opposite of lame, Joe. And you are not a duck."

Moore's letter also referenced a recent Supreme Court decision that found a President is immune from prosecution for official acts. He wrote, "The Supreme Court has just granted you super powers AND immunity!" This, Moore argued, gives Biden an unprecedented opportunity to enact significant policy changes.

The filmmaker outlined a list of 13 key policy areas for Biden to address. These included forgiving all student loan and medical debt for all Americans, a move that would undoubtedly resonate with many citizens burdened by such debts. Moore also urged the President to cease "funding a genocide" in the Israel-Hamas war, a clear critique of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. "How many violations of red lines will it take until youve had enough? How many times can Netanyahu flaunt your rules, ignore your advice, and spit in your face?" Moore questioned.

In addition to these foreign policy issues, Moore also touched on domestic criminal justice matters. He called on Biden to abolish the death penalty and "empty federal death row," a move that would mark a significant shift in the country's criminal justice system.

Moore, who previously advocated for Biden to step aside in favor of Harris as the Democratic Party's nominee, also expressed his surprise at the Democrats' fear of a potential Trump victory in the 2024 presidential race. "Democrats, they're such a frightened group of people," Moore said during a recent CNN interview. "I mean, they still think that Trump is going to win."

While Moore's letter may resonate with some, it also underscores the significant ideological divide within the country. As the President navigates his remaining time in office, it remains to be seen how he will respond to these calls for action.
