In a recent episode of "Jesse Watters Primetime," the Fox News host critically examined Vice President Kamala Harris' performance during her appearance on "The View."
Watters expressed his concern over Harris' political stance, suggesting that her alignment with President Joe Biden's policies might not be in the best interest of the country.
According to Fox News, Watters began his critique by highlighting the Democrats' changing strategy regarding Harris. "Barack's not happy. After hiding Harris all Fall, Democrats watched her numbers drop. It was time to change strategy. Obama ordered Kamala, 'you're doing a media blitz.' But Harris couldn't handle the pressure. She couldn't even survive 'The View'," Watters stated.
Watters further criticized Harris for her perceived inability to differentiate herself from Biden and bring about change. He quoted her as saying, "I'm Joe Biden. I wouldn't have done anything differently the last four years." He then contrasted this with her previous stance during the debate where she declared, "I'm not Joe Biden." Watters expressed his concern over this apparent flip-flopping, suggesting that it might reflect poorly on her ability to lead and make independent decisions.
The Fox News host also took issue with Harris' stance on key issues such as Afghanistan, inflation, and the border. He quoted her as saying, "If she had to go back and do it over, she would have done everything the same. If she had a time machine, she'd hurt the country all over again." Watters interpreted this as a sign of regretlessness, which he believes could be detrimental to the nation.
Watters concluded his critique by questioning Harris' loyalty to Biden. He quoted her as saying, "Yep, Biden, that's my guy. I'm a Biden Democrat." Watters suggested that this blind loyalty might have contributed to her rise to the top, but now that she's there, she seems unsure of her next steps. He further criticized her for failing to bring about the change that the election was supposed to represent.
Watters' critique of Harris' performance on "The View" reflects a conservative perspective that values individual freedom, limited government, and traditional values. His comments suggest a concern that Harris' alignment with Biden's policies might not be in the best interest of these values. It remains to be seen how Harris will respond to these criticisms and whether she will be able to effectively differentiate herself from Biden in the future.
