Whistleblower EXPOSES Lead Investigator's Open Anti-Trump Bias In Assassination Plot Probe

The lead investigator into the recent assassination attempt on Donald Trump in Florida has been revealed to harbor a strong bias against the former President, according to disclosures from a whistleblower that have recently resurfaced.

This revelation comes in the wake of another attempt on the life of the GOP nominee, who was shot at during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, in July.

As reported by The Post Millennial, a whistleblower last year exposed Jeffrey Veltri, the FBI agent heading the Miami Bureau, as being "adamantly and vocally Anti-Trump," as per Fox News. The Washington Times had previously reported on the whistleblower's account, revealing that Veltri had been instructed to cleanse his social media of any anti-Trump posts or commentary. This directive was issued just before his promotion to the position of agent in charge of the Miami office.

The whistleblower's account stated, "The home of President Donald Trump is located in the area of responsibility of the Miami Field Office. It was well known that Veltri was adamantly and vocally Anti-Trump." The account further revealed, "[Christopher] Wray, [Paul] Abbate, and [Jennifer] Moore wanted to ensure that Veltri appeared non-political, Veltri was ordered to remove all of his Facebook and Social media posts that were Anti-Trump."

In addition to this, Veltri reportedly spearheaded efforts to revoke the security clearances of agents deemed to be "right-wing radicals." Despite these reports and the ensuing concerns about his bias, Veltri was appointed as the agent in charge of the Miami field office in March 2023.

The whistleblower also claimed that the FBI's upper echelons were directly involved in sanitizing Veltri's social media. The report citing these allegations suggested that the FBI leadership was less concerned about Veltri's apparent anti-Trump bias and more focused on ensuring that "information related to Veltris political bias can be removed from the public domain."

These reports about Veltri resurfaced this week after he addressed a press conference on Monday, stating, "We view this as extremely serious and are determined to provide answers as to what led up to the events that took place." Veltri further added, "I want to emphasize we are just a little over 24 hours into this investigation, so we are going to provide as much as we can publicly while our investigation is ongoing. We must also stress the U.S. attorneys office is pursuing charges, and that limits some details we can publicly disclose."

The previous Sunday saw Trump targeted by Ryan Routh, a pro-Ukraine, Democrat activist, who had staked out the GOP nominee's golf course for approximately 12 hours, intending to attack him with an AK-style firearm. After being fired upon by the Secret Service, Routh fled the scene and was subsequently apprehended.
