Unbelievable Requirement: Ohio Preschool Demands Translator For English-Speaking Child

An Ohio resident was taken aback when he discovered that his grandson, the only English-speaking child in a state preschool, would require a translator for his classes.

The revelation came to light during a school meet and greet in New Philadelphia, Tuscarawas County, Ohio, where the child's mother was informed that her son would be the sole English-speaking student in a class of Spanish-speaking children.

According to The Post Millennial, the grandfather shared his family's experience in a video initially posted on TikTok. He narrated, My daughter enrolled my four-year-old grandson into preschool last week and they have a little meet and greet. The man, a resident of small-town Ohio, expressed his disbelief as he recounted how his daughter was told she would need to hire a translator out of her own pocket for her son to attend preschool. Really? he questioned, his face reflecting his confusion. He further revealed that his daughter chose not to comply with the school's requirement and withdrew her son from the preschool.

The man also touched on the broader issue of immigration, stating, This migrant problem is not a red state, blue state thing because I live in a red state and were just overrun with them. Its our whole government. Its all of them. His frustration was palpable as he concluded, Can you believe that? Cant go to preschool because he doesnt speak Spanish. Unbelievable.

The issue of mass and illegal immigration is a heated topic in the upcoming 2024 election cycle. In Ohio, the influx of Haitian immigrants has sparked controversy, with reports of some Haitians decapitating ducks in city parks for consumption. Springfield, Ohio, has seen an influx of 20,000 illegal immigrants, highlighting the Biden-Harris administration's failure to secure the southern border.
