Disturbing Discord Posts Reveal Chilling Plans Of Georgia School Shooter

In a shocking revelation, Colt Gray, the Georgia school shooter, was found to have a Discord account that hinted at his plans for a mass shooting.

The motivation behind this horrific act was reportedly his dissatisfaction with the lack of acceptance for transgender individuals. Gray had also delved into the history of previous school shootings, including the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting executed by Adam Lanza and the 2018 massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida.

As reported by The Post Millennial, Gray's Discord posts from 2023 indicated his intentions for a "future mass shooting." One chilling post read, "I'm committing a mass shooting and I'm waiting a good two to three years, and I'm ready." The poster, identified as Gray, then shared an image of the weapon he planned to use, continuing the conversation thereafter.

The posts attributed to Gray were found to contain expressions of his desire to target an elementary school, coupled with his frustrations over the treatment of transgender people. "The account referenced Adam Lanza, the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooter, and in separate posts shared a desire to target an elementary school and expressed frustration with the acceptance of transgender people," a CNN report disclosed.

In a twist of events, Gray's father, Colin, was arrested and charged with four counts of Involuntary Manslaughter, two counts of Second Degree Murder, and eight counts of Cruelty to Children. Colin had purchased the firearm that his son would later use in the Apalachee High School shooting. The family had been previously contacted by law enforcement in 2023, during which Colin revealed, "Colt's gay."

In a transcript excerpt, Colin was quoted saying, "I was trying to get him on the golf team... oh look, Colt's gay. Just ridiculed him day after day."

Colt Gray, a student at Apalachee High School, was charged with four felony murder counts following the tragic loss of four victims. His grandfather, Charles Polhamus, spoke to CNN about the hostile environment in which Gray grew up. "He was just a good kid, but he lived in an environment that was hostile," Polhamus said. "His dad beat up on him, I mean, Im not talking about physical, but screaming and hollering, and he did the same thing to my daughter." This tragic incident underscores the need for a more accepting society and the importance of mental health support for young individuals.
