Bidens Immigration Program Backfires AGAIN: Haitian Migrant Accused Of Horrific Crime Against CHILD

In a disturbing incident in Massachusetts, an 18-year-old Haitian migrant, Akim Marc Desire, has been apprehended on charges of indecent assault and battery on a minor under 14 years of age.

The victim, a 10-year-old boy, resided in the same neighborhood as Desire. The accused had legally entered the United States last year, initially landing in Miami before moving to Massachusetts. He is currently under the custody of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

According to The Post Millennial, Boston ICE Field Office Director Todd M. Lyons stated to Fox News, "Akim Marc Desire allegedly victimized a minor member of our Massachusetts community." Lyons further emphasized the commitment of ICE to public safety, stating, "We cannot tolerate such potentially dire threat to the welfare of children in our community. ERO Boston will continue to prioritize public safety by arresting and removing egregious noncitizen offenders from our New England neighborhoods."

Despite entering the country legally, Desire violated the terms of his entry and was not legally present in the US when the alleged crime took place. His entry was made possible by the Biden administration's parole program, which permits migrants from Haiti, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to seek entry if they have a US-based sponsor. However, the program was temporarily halted in July after the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) discovered significant fraud among applicants.

Despite the pause due to fraud, the DHS recently announced the resumption of the program after implementing "additional vetting of US-based supporters to strengthen the integrity of the processes." A DHS spokesperson, as reported by Fox News, stated, "With these updated procedures in place, DHS is resuming the issuance of new Advance Travel Authorizations and will closely monitor how this new process is operating moving forward."
