The Legal AFTERMATH Of Biden/Harris Putting Tulsi Gabbard On Terror Watch List!

The Biden-Harris administration is bracing for a legal battle following revelations from whistleblowers that former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard was subjected to heightened travel surveillance and included on a terror watchlist by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

The allegations suggest that Gabbard's political beliefs were the reason for this increased scrutiny. Gabbard, a US Armed Forces veteran, former Hawaiian congresswoman, and one-time contender for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, is no stranger to the public eye.

As reported by The Post Millennial, Jordan Sekulow, Executive Director of the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), has voiced his concern over the situation. He believes that the Biden-Harris administration is "once again unconstitutionally targeting conservatives for their political views." He further stated, "This alarming abuse of power represents yet another example of government overreach and the erosion of our constitutional rights. We are preparing major legal action against the Biden-Harris Deep State over this unconstitutional targeting of an American for her political speech."

Sekulow emphasized Gabbard's military credentials, noting that she is a combat veteran "who has served our country honorably and still serves as an officer in the Army Reserves." Despite her fitness for military service, Sekulow alleges that Gabbard has been subjected to additional screening and harassment by the Biden-Harris Administration at airports across the nation.

Federal Air Marshal whistleblowers have claimed that Gabbard was enrolled in the TSAs Quiet Skies program, a surveillance initiative that includes a "compartmentalized suspected terrorist watchlist." According to these whistleblowers, "an individual is enrolled in the program without knowledge. Teams of Federal Air Marshals are assigned to individuals, following and tracking them from when they enter the airport and then on all their flights and transits until they reach their destination."

The program is typically reserved for potential terrorist threats. However, the whistleblowers allege that Gabbard's travel is accompanied by two Explosive Detection Canine Teams, one Transportation Security Specialist (explosives), one plainclothes TSA Supervisor, and three Federal Air Marshals.

Gabbard has also allegedly been subjected to extensive additional searches each time she flies, including having her bags searched and TSA agents intrusively examining her clothes. She has reportedly been subjected to Quad S advanced screenings on all flights.

Sekulow views these actions as political retaliation for Gabbard's role in undermining Kamala Harris' presidential aspirations during the 2020 primary debates. He likened the situation to the "political targeting and weaponization of the government, the likes of which we have not seen since the IRS Tea Party targeting scandal of the Obama-Biden years."

Sekulow stressed the importance of the constitutional rights to free speech and protection from unreasonable searches. He said, "Our Founding Fathers enshrined freedom of speech and protection from unreasonable searches in the Constitution for a reason. They knew the dangers of an unchecked government trampling on civil liberties. The Biden-Harris TSAs apparent retaliation for Gabbards political activity is not just an affront to her rights but also to the rights of all Americans."

In response to these allegations, Sekulow's organization is preparing to submit Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to the TSA, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the FBI. These requests aim to uncover the reasons behind Gabbard's alleged unconstitutional targeting.
