Florida Womans Bizarre Religious RAGE Ends In Deputys Death

In a shocking turn of events, a 48-year-old Florida woman has been apprehended by the police in connection with an alleged ambush-style murder of a Lake County deputy.

The woman, identified as Julie Ann Sulpizio, is facing charges of first-degree premeditated murder of deputy Bradley Michael Link, 28. The incident, which unfolded at Sulpizio's residence, also left two other deputies injured.

As reported by the Daily Caller, the chain of events began with a domestic disturbance 911 call on Friday evening near Sulpizio's home. Sheriff Peyton Grinnell revealed at a press conference that authorities received another call alleging Sulpizio was displaying aggressive behavior towards her neighbors. "The complainant stated she [Sulpizio] was acting religious, accusing them of being sinners, and she knows 'what they did,'" Grinnell said.

Upon confrontation, Sulpizio made cryptic references to a character she named "Lucy," which the deputies later understood to be her term for Lucifer. Given her peculiar behavior, the deputies decided to conduct a welfare check. Upon arrival at her home, they discovered two deceased dogs outside and an open window with a broken screen, prompting them to call for backup.

The situation escalated when Link and fellow officer Harold Howell entered the home, only to be allegedly ambushed by Sulpizio's husband. The man greeted them with "a hail of bullets," according to Sheriff Grinnell. Trapped inside the house, Link was shot multiple times before a SWAT team managed to extract the second deputy to safety.

Adding to the chilling narrative, it was reported that Sulpizio's husband and his two daughters were inside the home during the incident. One of the daughters was heard shouting, "My King will kill all of you! You are Lucifer's children!"

The grim reality of the situation was further revealed through footage from Link's bodycam, which suggested that Sulpizio's husband and daughters had planned suicide. They were later found dead from gunshot wounds to the head.

Sulpizio, who is currently being held without bond, was arrested Monday afternoon at Advent Health Waterman Hospital where she had been taken for treatment and evaluation. This tragic incident underscores the dangers law enforcement officers face daily, and the need for continued support and resources to ensure their safety.
