Dumped Like Trash: Florida Dad's Outrageous Act Against His Own Daughter!

A Florida father, Hector Serrano, has been accused of heartlessly abandoning his 10-year-old daughter on the side of a bustling highway in the dead of night.

The 30-year-old man is now facing child neglect charges for his alleged actions.

As reported by The New York Post, the incident occurred on the US Route 192 in Kissimmee, around 12:30 a.m. on Monday. The authorities suggest that Serrano's actions were precipitated by a dispute with the child's grandparents, which led to him forcibly ejecting her from the vehicle.

Osceola County Sheriff Marco Lopez expressed his concerns about the potential dangers the young girl could have faced. "Something bad couldve happened to the little girl, he said. Anybody couldve kidnapped her. She couldve become a victim to human trafficking."

Lopez further emphasized the recklessness of Serrano's actions, noting the location's distance from the child's grandmother's house. "Mind you, this area is about 21 minutes from grandmas house, he added. Wolves exist, predators exist. You know, you throw a little 10-year-old girl out in an area like that, it doesnt matter what time of the morning or day it is, thats a reckless, irresponsible act.

Eyewitnesses reported a chilling scene where Serrano allegedly threw the child's toys and clothes at her before speeding away, leaving her alone in the darkness. Even the witnesses say she was scared, distraught, crying, confused, Lopez said. I wouldve been too if someone wouldve thrown me out at that age.

In the aftermath of the incident, deputies were able to locate and arrest Serrano. As the case unfolds, the Department of Children and Families has become involved, adding another layer of complexity to this shocking case of alleged child neglect.
