Kamala Harris Drops FIRST Campaign Video Ad - See It Here!

Vice President Kamala Harris has officially thrown her hat into the ring for the Democratic presidential nomination, launching her campaign with a video that paints a "hopeful" picture of America under her potential administration.

This comes on the heels of former President Joe Biden's decision to bow out of the race for re-election.

According to The Independent, Harris' campaign video was released on her social media platforms, marking a successful first week on the campaign trail. The Vice President has already made a significant impact, raising a staggering $81 million within the first 24 hours of her campaign and securing enough delegates to be considered the presumptive presidential nominee.

The video begins with a close-up of Harris' smiling face, followed by an image of the American flag fluttering in the wind. As Beyonc's 2016 hit "Freedom" plays in the background, Harris poses a question to the viewers: "What kind of country do we want to live in?"

The video presents a vision of a harmonious America under a potential Harris administration, maintaining an upbeat tone throughout, propelled by the rhythm of Beyonc's Grammy-nominated song. The former President, Donald Trump, and his running mate, JD Vance, become the targets of the video within the first few seconds.

"There are some people who think we should be a country of chaos. Of fear. Of hate," Harris says, as images of Trump and Vance, tinted in a stark red hue, flash across the screen. "But us, we choose something different," she adds, as scenes of enthusiastic crowds chanting her name fill the screen.

Harris' campaign video showcases a diverse array of Americans, from multi-ethnic families to middle-aged men waving the Pride flag. It also highlights her commitment to reproductive rights, featuring a close-up of a woman in a lab coat embroidered with the word "Obstetrics."

"The freedom not just to get by, but get ahead," Harris continues. "The freedom to be safe from gun violence. The freedom to make decisions about your own body," she says, as a 'Reproductive Freedom' sign from the Biden for President campaign appears on the screen.

Trump reappears in the video, but much like the infamous Harry Potter villain, Lord Voldemort, his name is never spoken by Harris. The video concludes with Beyonc's lyrics: "Ima keep running, cause a winner doesn't quit on themselves."
