Scorned And On A RAMPAGE: Jesse Venturas Scathing Attack On RFK Jr. (WATCH)

In a recent revelation, former Minnesota Governor and professional wrestler, Jesse The Body Ventura, claimed that independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. prioritized wealth over electoral support in his selection of a running mate.

According to Mediaite, Ventura's comments came in response to Kennedy Jr.'s decision to choose Silicon Valley attorney and philanthropist Nicole Shanahan as his vice-presidential candidate.

Shanahan, a 38-year-old former spouse of Google co-founder Sergey Brin, has no prior experience in political office. In contrast, Ventura, who served as Minnesota's governor from 1999 to 2003, is a seasoned political figure and a vocal proponent of marijuana legalization. Earlier this year, rumors swirled that Ventura was among over half a dozen individuals considered for Kennedy Jr.'s vice-presidential slot, a list that reportedly included New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Ventura, while promoting his THC edibles brand Retro Bakery, shared further insights into the selection process. He said, I had a visitor in Tucson this winter, and apparently I came in second. Robert F. Kennedy came and visited me for three hours. He expressed his disappointment with Kennedy Jr.'s decision, stating, Ill say this, personally, I think Bobby made the wrong choice, because he could have put me up there as an example. They can be beat. They can be beat. He chose money over votes, I guess, because his running mates filthy rich!

Ventura's comments underscore the tension between traditional political experience and the allure of financial backing in contemporary politics. It raises questions about the role of wealth in political decision-making and the potential impact on the democratic process.
