A transgender man has been apprehended following an alleged stabbing spree that left four young girls injured at a cinema in Braintree, Massachusetts, on a recent Saturday evening.

ABC News reported that the suspect, identified as Jared Ravizza, entered the AMC Braintree 10 at around 6 p.m. and proceeded to one of the theaters. Authorities stated that Ravizza allegedly stabbed four girls, aged between 9 and 17, in what appeared to be an unprovoked attack. The victims, who suffered non-life-threatening injuries, were promptly transported to Boston hospitals for medical attention.

Following the incident, the suspect reportedly fled the scene in a black SUV. Utilizing video footage, law enforcement officers were able to identify the vehicle's license plate and alert other agencies. Subsequently, a car matching the description was linked to a "similar assault" in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

Approximately an hour after the Braintree incident, the suspect allegedly stabbed two more individuals, a 21-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man, at a McDonald's in Plymouth. Both victims were in non-life-threatening condition and were transported to local hospitals, according to the Massachusetts State Police.

The suspect's rampage ended when he crashed his SUV, allowing police to apprehend him. Ravizza, who identifies as female on Instagram, was described as a "beautiful soul who continuously works for the betterment of his community" in a PlayersBio article published last year.
