Kennedy Jr.'s presidential campaign is making significant strides, exceeding ballot access expectations and is on track to qualify as a candidate in all 50 states, according to a recent report by Politico.

The report reveals that Kennedy has already garnered more than double the required number of signatures to run in Texas, and is rapidly securing other crucial states. The ability of Kennedy and his novice campaign team to meet these requirements is an organizational triumph, one they are replicating across the country.

The report quotes, "Kennedy and his running mate, Nicole Shanahan, are now on the ballot in four states. They have finished signature gathering in nine more and are circulating petitions for 29 others." The campaign is aiming to defy the odds and secure a spot on the ballot in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., ensuring that Kennedy's candidacy will have an impact on the November election.

Michael Arno, whose ballot access firm worked with No Labels, expressed his admiration for the Kennedy campaign's strategic maneuvers. He said, "In the last two or three months, Ive been very impressed with the Kennedy operation for being able to smartly maneuver and get on ballots that were expensive and difficult. It sounds like theyve done very well in both Texas and New York, and thats very impressive and a real feather in their cap.

At a rally in Austin, Texas, Kennedy addressed his critics, stating, The pundits, who at the beginning of this campaign, were saying it would be impossible for us to get on the ballot, and we got on the ballot in Texas. And if we can get on in Texas, we can get on everywhere.

Kennedy's candidacy has sparked significant national interest, not only due to his famous family name, but also because of the potential impact he could have on the election outcome. Initially pledging to run as a Democrat, Kennedy later decided to run as an independent, citing the lack of space within the party for his anti-establishment views.

While Kennedy's candidacy is likely to draw votes from both candidates, current polling data suggests that his run may benefit Trump more than Biden. Kennedy's sister, Rory, expressed concern last month that his campaign could inadvertently aid Trump's re-election.

She said, My biggest concern with Bobbys run is that he is going to take votes away from Biden, and I think this election is going to come down to a handful of votes in a handful of states. And I am concerned that voting for Bobby is going to take votes away from Biden and lead to a Trump election.
