Soros Backed DA SLAMMED For Mishandling This Open And Shut Murder Case

A 25-year-old man was killed, and now his family says the case was put on the back burner because it did not fit with the District Attorneys liberal agenda.

According to Yahoo! News, Doug Kantor of Michigan worked for the Ford Motor Company and was visiting Texas when he was shot and killed.

Almost two years ago, Kantor and his friends were celebrating his earning a Masters degree. The group was at Austins Sixth Street nightlife hub. Unfortunately, that same night, two rival gangs from Killeen, Texas, fired a hail of bullets at each other, wounding 13 bystanders and killing Kantor.

Yahoo! News reported that Kantor had planned to marry his high school sweetheart. He had recently bought a home. The mass shooting was one of Austins most infamous shootings, yet the local DA, Jose Garza, hasnt prioritized the case, according to Nick Kantor, the victims brother.

Nick said leftist George Soros, a billionaire with a progressive agenda, funds the Travis County DA. He believes Garza is prioritizing his cases based on Soros agenda. Nick told Fox News, Theres an actual murderer who stands to potentially walk away if this case is in the wrong hands, which it very well may be.

Nick Kantor refers to Garzas actions before the trial began of pulling prosecutors off his case and appointing a less-experienced prosecutor. Nick said, Throwing anyone on a case of this magnitude a month and a half before the date of trial is just reckless. He adds that when he visited Texas last month to meet the new prosecutor, Garza failed to attend their meeting. That, said Nick, just kind of goes to show you where he really sits in this.

Kantors Austin-based attorney, Doug OConnell, told Fox News, Considering this case is a mass shooting in the heart of downtown Austin, theres been a lot of courthouse talk about why the DA isnt making this case a priority. I was surprised when the DA took his most experienced trial lawyers off the case.

Because of Garza, theres been speculation that the suspected shooter may have some wiggle room to avoid the prosecution he deserves. Then 19 years old, DeOndre White may have faced the accusations of his fellow gang members if they had been charged and could have had the opportunity for lesser charges if they testified against him. But the DA dropped the ball by not seeking charges against them.
