St.

Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner has been held to an account online by numerous angry posters after a video of a homeless man being executed by a suspect went viral. Sadly, according to Fox News, the video shows the homeless man taken out execution-style by the violent criminal.

Many online commentators noted that George Soros funded Gardner's campaign to win her current position. They said there is a link between this and the pathetic state of affairs related to crime in St. Louis.

Ryan Cunningham tweeted the following as he put the video out to his followers: "DISTURBING CONTENT: A man loads a gun and shoots a homeless man in downtown St. Louis just 15 minutes from where I live."

He said, "Kim Gardner, the St. Louis Prosecutor, is George Soros funded and often lets people like this go free with no charges."

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Deshawn Thomas, 23, was charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action related to the shooting of the homeless man (later identified as David Saldana) in the video. He was found and taken into custody just hours after allegedly shooting Saldana.

Specific videos taken by bystanders show Saldana sitting on the curb separating the street from the sidewalk. The suspect is seen in the video loading his gun and then shooting Saldana execution-style. Some witnesses told police they saw two men fighting outside a nearby gas station shortly before this shooting occurred. Therefore, it might have been connected to the situation unfolding with the shooting. However, it is unclear if the two things are directly connected now. In the video, Saldana sits down and does not engage with the suspect.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey released a statement that said: "This incident further demonstrates the immediate need to address violent crime in St. Louis."

Bailey is a Republican and has filed court documents seeking to oust Gardner from her current role. There are three charges that Bailey believes can be used against Gardner in his attempt to get rid of her from the position that she is currently in. Those charges are failure to prosecute existing cases, failure to file charges in cases brought by police, and failure to confer with and inform victims and their families about the status of cases. This is something that he will continue to press hard against Gardner.
