A senior employee of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) has come under intense criticism for a series of antisemitic posts on Facebook, in which she referred to Jewish individuals as "Nazi apartheid parasites" and described white people as a "virus."
Dawn Queva, who holds the position of Senior Scheduling Coordinator & Playout Planner at BBC Three, is reported to have made these inflammatory and now-deleted posts over the past several months, according to Deadline.
In one particularly disturbing post, Queva, whose profile was listed under the name Dawn Las Quevas-Allen, referred to Jewish people as "Nazi apartheid parasites" and made unfounded accusations of them financing a "holohoax," as reported by the outlet.
Queva also made numerous posts criticizing Israel and Zionism. In one such post, she referred to "a bunch of subcontinental European melanin recessive CaucAsian japhetic AshkeNazi who have no None zero zilch blood connection to the land of Palestine or Israel historically."
Some of Queva's controversial posts date back almost a decade. In 2014, she referred to Israel as "Israhell," according to the Times of Israel.
"The Zionist genocidal land squatting so called Jew' irrespective of the fact that The UKKK and Amerikkka gave away land they had no god given right to a people who have no god given right to," Queva wrote in another post, as evidenced by screenshots shared by Deadline.
Queva, who has previously worked for A+E Networks, UKTV, and Disney, as per Deadline, also frequently criticized white people, referring to them as a "virus" and a "mutant invader species," as reported by the Telegraph.
Several of her posts referred to Great Britain as the "UKKK," in an apparent reference to the Ku Klux Klan.
In another post, she described white people as a "barbaric bloodthirsty rapacious murderous genocidal thieving parasitical deviant breed."
Several of Queva's posts were either removed or restricted by Facebook, including an incident in early January when her activity was restricted due to bullying and hate speech, according to the Times of Israel.
Queva responded to this action by labeling it as "anti black klu klux klan white/Zionist restrictions," as reported by the outlet.
On Friday, Queva appeared to react to the reports about her previous posts by updating her Facebook wall with a video from the 1987 movie "The Garbage Pail Kids" and a caption that read "only those who live a lie hate the truth!"
She also posted an infographic allegedly listing Jewish slave ship owners, as well as a notorious photo of Gordon, an escaped slave with a severely scarred back due to years of abuse.
It is believed that Queva's controversial posts were shared in BBC WhatsApp groups that were formed following Hamas' attack on Israel on October 7.
The BBC has been scrutinized for its coverage of the attack and the subsequent war. Director General Time Davie has held "listening meetings" to address the perceived bias in its work, as explained by Deadline.
Recent reports also suggest that 22 employees at the national broadcaster have lodged complaints about antisemitism in the workplace, according to the Telegraph.
A BBC spokesperson told The Post, "We dont comment on individual members of staff and we have well-established and robust processes in place to handle such issues, we do not tolerate anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, or any form of abuse and we take any such allegations seriously and take appropriate disciplinary action wherever necessary."
