In a recent interview with Tucker Carlson for the inaugural episode of The Tucker Carlson Encounter, renowned singer Kid Rock expressed his admiration for former President Donald Trump, describing him as the "toughest son of a b*tch on the earth."

Kid Rock shared his experiences with the former President, stating, "I love spending time with him, getting to know him, you know, since he became president, the first few months, having dinner at the White House with him and from there on." He further added that he could relate to Trump's candidness and outspoken nature, and believed that Trump's accomplishments outweighed any criticisms.

In his conversation with Carlson, Kid Rock praised Trump's leadership, stating, "Ive never seen anybody who wins for this country" as much as Trump. He went on to say, "To me, hes the greatest president weve ever had."

Addressing the ongoing civil fraud trial against Trump, his business, and his family in New York City, Kid Rock dismissed it as a "freakin joke." He criticized the valuation of Trump's Mar-a-Lago property, stating, "I mean, one Google search on Zillow, property in Palm Beach, theres like a couple acres that comes up on the water, its $200 million. And theyre like, 'Mar-a-Lago is only worth 17 million.'"

Kid Rock further defended Trump, stating, "theres no crime and you know anybody who cant see it theyre f*cking blind." He praised Trump's tenure, saying that the country was "firing on all cylinders," the military was strong, and the country was "energy independent."

In the same interview, Kid Rock announced the Rock the Country festival, which he will headline alongside Jason Aldean, Travis Tritt, and Big & Rich.

He told Carlson, "It's called Rock the Country. I see a need for a big portion of this country that's underserved entertainment-wise. And that's pretty prevalent when you see the success of shows like Yellowstone and Duck Dynasty. People are just starving for it. So we wanted to go out and give hard-working people that love this country a music festival, something for them. Come show your patriotism."
