Timing Of Hunter Biden's Tax Indictment Sparks Speculation: Is The Deep State Plotting Biden's Political Demise?

Hunter Biden, son of President Biden, was indicted by a federal grand jury in California on Thursday for alleged tax evasion.

The indictment accuses Biden of failing to report or pay taxes on income amounting to $194,748, which he earned from business consulting services in 2019. This development adds to the ongoing allegations of financial improprieties that have persistently plagued the Biden family, as reported by Fox News.

While some observers view this indictment as long overdue, presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has expressed skepticism about its timing. On his X platform, the Republican businessman wrote, "The timing of the Hunter Biden tax indictment is one more sign that the deep state is planning to sideline Biden & pick a new puppet for 2024, all the while using this indictment as a perfect fig leaf to claim that the Trump prosecutions arent politically motivated. Kills two birds with one stone.

Ramaswamy's comments are not without context. Speculation has been rife about the Democratic establishment's faith in President Biden's ability to secure another term, given his advancing age and perceived decline in mental acuity and physical stamina.

A CNN poll conducted in September revealed that a majority of Democrats believe it's time for a change in the party's leadership for the 2024 presidential race. According to Axios, only one-third of Democrat-leaning voters surveyed wanted President Biden to secure the partys nomination again. In total, 67 percent of Democrats and independents aligned with Democrats believe the party should choose a nominee other than Biden for the 2024 contest.

Despite the Democratic establishment's public assurances of support for Biden, some have expressed their concerns more openly. Last month, David Axelrod, a former top adviser to President Obama, suggested on CNN that the president should either "get out or get going" about ramping up his campaign efforts.

Axelrod, who played a key role in Obamas presidential victories, initially raised concerns following the release of a New York Times/Siena College survey that showed Biden trailing Donald Trump in key battleground states. He warned of a "legitimate concern" among Democrats about Bidens standing. In a post on X, Axelrod suggested that the polls could send "tremors of doubt" through the Democratic Party and that "a lot will happen in the next year that no one can predict," as reported by Newsweek.

Given Axelrod's concerns, Ramaswamy's theory may not be entirely baseless. The question remains: Is there more to this indictment than meets the eye? Could the establishment be attempting to undermine Biden and his son, using Hunter Biden's indictment as proof of the Department of Justice's impartiality? Only time will reveal the truth.
