In a recent development, Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, has initiated legal proceedings against Rudy Giuliani, former attorney to ex-President Donald Trump.
The lawsuit alleges that Giuliani infringed upon Biden's privacy rights through the unlawful distribution of content from Biden's contentious laptop.
The legal complaint, lodged in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, holds Giuliani as the main culprit behind the "total annihilation" of Biden's digital privacy. The document also implicates Robert Costello, a former federal prosecutor who has previously acted as Giuliani's legal representative, as a defendant. This information has been corroborated by Fox News.
The complaint, penned by Biden's legal team, states, "For the past many months and even years, Defendants have dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen from Plaintiff's devices or storage platforms, including what Defendants claim to have obtained from Plaintiff's alleged laptop computer." The attorneys further assert that the data in question did not originate from a "laptop," but rather an "external drive."
