Cheap Propaganda: Here's The Real Reason Biden And The DNC Are Changing The First Voting State

Written by Published

Democrats are quick to point out that some traditions are necessary, such as Bidens State of the Union address, but other traditions, such as the voting process, dont seem that important to them.

Now, they have overwhelmingly voted to change voting in the primaries, and you wont believe the reason why.

Politico says, The new calendar recommended by President Joe Biden and his advisers and approved by a majority vote of the DNC elevates South Carolina to the first-place position in the primary calendar on February 3, replacing the Iowa caucuses, which held the coveted perch for a half-century.

Democrats say there shouldnt be a single state that gets to go first, as Iowa has for many years. They also pointed out how they want to diversify the voters participating early in the electoral process. Biden released his own opinion, which put states that gave him a leg up in the election, like South Carolina, as the first states.

However, Republicans arent on board with the new calendar. In states run by Republican officials, like New Hampshire, there is already pushback. New Hampshire officials say that the new schedule doesnt work for them because it would violate their state law. The law is that they hold theirs a week before other states, and Republican officials plan to follow the law.

However, Democrats continue to push for the dates that they want. Theyve stated that they want to split election dates, and some Democrats have declared that they will hold primaries according to the new dates, even if its against the law. Holding primaries on different dates gives specific candidates an unfair advantage. Its no coincidence that this is what the Democrats want. On top of that, theyre seeking to make the states that helped Biden get elected more diverse first. As usual, Democrats will throw election integrity out the window to get what they want.
