An Ohio community is reeling after authorities revealed the slain dentist Dr.
Spencer Tepe was shot seven times and his wife, Monique Tepe, was struck by nine bullets in what investigators describe as a brutal double homicide.
According to Gateway Pundit, police last month arrested Moniques ex-husband, vascular surgeon Dr. Michael McKee, and charged him with four counts of aggravated murder and one count of aggravated burglary in connection with the killings. The case has fueled public outrage over violent crime and raised renewed questions about how a respected professional could be accused of such a calculated act.
Dr. Spencer Tepe, 37, and his wife, Monique, 39, were discovered dead in their home on December 30 after officers conducted a welfare check. Their two young children were found inside the residence crying but were not physically harmed, a small mercy in an otherwise horrific scene.
Police were dispatched after Dr. Tepe, known for his reliability, failed to appear for work at Athens Dental Depot. Athens Dental Depot owner, Dr. Mark Valrose, told 911 dispatchers that Dr. Tepe always shows up to work on time, prompting concern when he did not arrive or respond to calls.
Later that day, officers entered the home and found Dr. Tepe and his wife, Monique, shot to death. New details now confirm that both victims were hit multiple times, suggesting a level of violence that goes far beyond a spontaneous act.
Monique Tepe had bullet wounds to her arms, hands, chest, and one to the head, indicating she may have tried to shield herself from the gunfire. Dr. Tepe had bullet wounds to his arms, torso, and also one to the head, consistent with a targeted and sustained attack.
TMZ reported: Shocking development in the double murder of an Ohio dentist and his wife she was shot 9 times, and he took 7 bullets and her ex-husband is charged with their murders. The outlet further noted, Monique Tepe took one bullet to the head, three to the chest, one to the ribs, one to the forearm, one to the hand and two her upper arm according to the Franklin County Coroners Office.
Spencer, meanwhile, took one bullet to the head, one to the neck, three to the torso, and two to his bilateral upper extremities. Forensic findings show the bullets caused catastrophic internal damage: Bullets caused damage to Moniques lungs and heart and they fractured bones in her cheek, ribs and arm.
Spencers brain, lungs, liver, and colon were ripped apart by the gunshots and they fractured bones in his skull, ribs and hands. When his body got to the coroner, he still had one bullet lodged inside. As the legal process moves forward, many conservatives see this case as yet another stark reminder that strong law enforcement, tough penalties, and a culture that respects life and family are essential to protecting innocent Americans from senseless violence.
