Texas Troopers Encounter Deported Pedophile Trying To Sneak Back Into U.S.!

In a recent development in Eagle Pass, Texas, a routine traffic stop by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) led to the arrest of a previously deported child sex offender from Mexico.

The incident, which occurred on October 15 in Maverick County, involved the discovery of three illegal immigrants inside a Dodge Challenger. Among them was 49-year-old Jose Aleman Arroyo, an aggravated felon with a criminal history of indecency with a child and assault in North Carolina, just two months prior.

According to Breitbart, Texas DPS spokesman Lt. Chris Olivarez shared a video on social media depicting the moment a trooper conducted a traffic stop at a gas station in Eagle Pass. During the interaction, the trooper questioned the driver, Joshua Sanders, a resident of Fort Worth, and subsequently found three illegal immigrants in the vehicle. Sanders was arrested on charges of human smuggling under Texas state law.

The trooper's background investigation revealed that one of the men, identified as Jose Aleman Arroyo, was a Mexican national with previous convictions for indecency with a child and sexual assault in North Carolina. Following his conviction in August, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers deported Arroyo to Mexico.

However, he managed to illegally re-enter the United States just two months later, evading capture at the border until his recent arrest.

The trooper handed Arroyo and the other two illegal immigrants over to Border Patrol agents for processing and removal. Arroyo now faces potential federal charges for illegal re-entry after removal as a child sex offender. The other two individuals are expected to be deported to their respective home countries of Mexico and Honduras.

Meanwhile, Sanders has been booked into the Maverick County jail on charges of human smuggling, where he awaits prosecution. This incident underscores the ongoing challenges faced by law enforcement at the border, as they contend with illegal immigration and the smuggling networks that facilitate it.

The apprehension of a previously deported felon highlights the need for robust border security measures to prevent such individuals from re-entering the country and posing a threat to public safety.
