Trump Demands RICO Charges For George Soros And Son Alex!

In a recent development, President Donald Trump has urged for the prosecution of left-leaning billionaire George Soros and his son, Alex Soros, under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.

This call to action is due to their alleged financial backing of violent protests across the United States.

In a statement released on Truth Social, Trump pointed an accusatory finger at Soros and his associates, whom he referred to as "a group of psychopaths," blaming them for inflicting "great damage" upon the nation.

Trump's statement read, "George Soros, and his Wonderful Radical Left son, should be charged with RICO because of their support of Violent Protests, and much more, all throughout the United States of America. Were not going to allow these lunatics to rip apart America any more, never giving it so much as a chance to BREATHE, and be FREE."

As reported by Breitbart, the Department of Justice's website provides a detailed explanation of the RICO statute. Established in October 1970 under the Organized Crime Control Act, the RICO statute aims to eradicate "the infiltration of organized crime and racketeering into legitimate organizations."

Breitbart News has previously reported that the Open Society Foundations, run by George and Alex Soros, have partially funded organizations that support controversial causes. One such organization backed a rally for Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged MS-13 gang member and illegal immigrant.

The Soros's Open Society Foundations have reportedly invested millions into the leftist-group CASA, which advocates for mass immigration.

John Binder, a reporter for Breitbart News, stated, "As Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents were readying to take custody of Abrego Garcia on Monday, the far-left group CASA held a rally in support of the accused human smuggler who has also been accused of MS-13 gang membership, domestic violence, and abuse of women."

Furthermore, the Soros's Open Society Foundations have been reported to have significant financial ties with Human Rights First, an organization that has sued the Trump administration on behalf of illegal immigrants with final deportation orders. Between 2016 and 2021, the Soros's Open Society Foundations reportedly contributed nearly $6.2 million to Human Rights First.

In addition, Soros has been reported to have channeled more than $15 million since 2016 to groups organizing anti-Israel protests following the October 7, 2023, attack on Israel by Hamas. The New York Post reported in October 2023 that Soros's Open Society Foundations donated $13.7 million through the Tides Center, a left-leaning group that supports several nonprofits who've justified Hamas's attack on Israel.

These allegations against Soros and his son, if proven true, could potentially lead to significant legal repercussions. However, it remains to be seen how these claims will be addressed by the relevant authorities and what impact they will have on the Soros's philanthropic activities.
